Sweet like a carbonation taste but not overpowering. Dry but not bitter finish — 8 months ago
Slow oxed for two hours the wine both aromaticslly and on the mouth is somewhat monochromatic. Nevertheless it combines good balance and elegance and went well with dinner — 3 years ago
I quite enjoyed. Shows the Mercurey tipicity, with more darkness (still red fruit, sour cherries driven) and body. It opens to good pleasure, a hint of blood with the fruit, a metallic note. — 4 years ago
Matured for 42 months in 300- and 400-liter oak vessels, the 2020 Savagnin Côtes du Jura Vigne Aux Dames is alluring. Precisely sculpted lemon peel, yellow apple, chamomile and a dash of dried blossom are front and center. Vibrant and tensile on the medium-bodied palate, the 2020 is alive and kicking. Closing with persistence on the sapid finish, it deserves a round of applause. (Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous, August 2024)

Grandes Dames tasting. 2016 Barolos. My 1st, group 3rd. Perfume and minerals. So pretty. Nicely tart, gentle grip. Cherries and minerals in the flavors. — 2 years ago
Nice choice pairing this Manseng with dessert. — 4 years ago
Deep ruby in color; smoke, cigar box, and black cherries on the nose; medium acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like hibiscus, cherries, plums, and a little eucalyptus with a long finish. I didn't think I would like this wine based on the aromas, but I am really enjoying it. — 6 months ago
