Double decant and pour for sediment(lots of sediment). Still a dark garnet with little bricking. On the nose: such captivating expressive notes of perfumed stewed dark fruit, herbaceous, boiled meat, minty menthol, worn leather, tobacco leaf. Taste: Wow! in a beautiful spot right now....creamy, savory, silky wine with dried red fruit, earth, dark chocolate, graphite, dried herbs, old leather, and a beautiful lingering finish. YUM!!! Excellent qpr! Upon opening, it’s somewhat subdued but half an hour later, wow! What happened?! And with food, roasted red meats, hard cheeses, grilled vegetables, it really comes alive! This is as good or better than cabs costing 2-3 times as much. Great daily drinker!! — 2 months ago

Magnum. PnP. Dark red color. Dark cherries and leather on the nose. Fairly sweet wine with the fruit more prevalent than anything else. Medium plus depth and medium minus finish. Good BBQ pairing. — 3 months ago
