Clean, precise Vin Jaune (100% Savagnin wine, aged under a veil of flor for 6 years and 3 months), from a plot in the village of Menétru-Le-Vignoble, on clay soils. Farmed biodynamically, like all other plots. Pale yellow. Complex nose, reminiscent of a Fino, with aromas of yeast and some subtle spicy notes. Elegant, saline, easy to drink — 3 years ago
Late harvest style. Baked apple, honey, apricot, candied fruit, nice acid and 14% ABV. Really tasty. — 5 years ago

On the downhill but still loads of fun. — 5 years ago
Sharp mixes with cream in this fresh tasting wine. It’s a bit vague at first until you find the profiles. Mostly
some slightly underripe strawberries and tart raspberries commingle with a smooth and easy mouth feel. Great fizz, lots of bubbles. Tasty! — 3 years ago
Fresh, carbonic pop. — 6 years ago
Carmen
An incredibly powerful, oxidative wine from Jura. The intensely nutty, salty, oily, honied flavors were magical with the “Pastured chicken, preserved lemon, garlic confit” dish which tasted braised and white-saucey.
This would also be perfect with stinky cheese! — a month ago
