2020 was the last vintage produced under Groupama ownership, as the estate was sold in April 2021 to Gerald Jicquel (the Beautiful Life Group , that also owns Fourcas-Dupré). While it is an attractive, smooth Haut-Médoc, it lacks a bit of concentration, especially if compared to some of its peers in this great vintage ( like the Barreyres 2020 I've tasted yesterday). Nose has vibrant, zesty fruit, some crushed rock, and a teensy note of barnyard funk that peeks out. Livelier and less dense than other ‘20s I’ve had, it’s pure and zingy in the mouth, with lots of stony minerality. Very nice. 9.1 — 3 years ago

Had this very interesting white Beaujolais Village up in the mountains near a waterfall and the minerality of the wine perf reflected the setting. Iodine and iron, almost a well water component which sounds odd but was So refreshing. A great country farm to table wine on a hot summer day with oysters and shrimp. Loved it. — 2 years ago
