The best stuff is forgotten in the fridge! Took a while but really evolved in the glass, with flavors of rich soil, ash and vanilla emerging after some time laying down, with the obvious ripe red cranberry, fresh pomegranate and other fruits. Really tasty and complex, but with FOOD it really comes into its own. Paired with turkey kielbasa and fresh, thick grain mustard. — a year ago

This time around was very good: nice smell and some fruit. Went very well with braised leg of lamb and winter veggies. — 9 months ago
Aragosta, elegant, drinkable, fresh. A good find, for us — a year ago
Nice Burgundy wine, rather light. A nose of tangy red fruits typical of Pinot Noir (raspberry, redcurrant). Wonderfully conducted vinification, bringing slightly woody aging notes. The body is full, harmoniously blending primary and tertiary notes. The finish is developed, nothing more.
— 5 years ago

2019 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 5 minutes. Medium-medium heavy body. Fairly fleshy. Big primary fruit with little nuance evident currently. Would probably be happier with this in 5-8 years where the nuance would have crept in and the overt fruit pared down a bit. 05.28.25. — 4 months ago
