Pour Richards 15. A big well-rounded wine with something for everyone. Had a t-bone with it the second night. — 9 months ago
Nose is vanilla ice cream and and raspberries. Tastes beautiful at first with more fruity raspberry and vanilla cream goodness. As it develops it gets drier and more leathery. Delicious. — 2 years ago

A richer styled wine, the 2020 Novellum has a medium gold hue as well as a rich, powerful bouquet of caramelized lemon, honeyed almonds, candle wax, and toasted bread. Rich, medium to full-bodied, beautifully textured, and balanced. Comments from Jeb Dunnuck Wine.com.
Really enjoying this! I had an Aubert a few months back, this beats it hands down (sorry but not)! Get some! A collaboration between Eric Solomon & Jean-Marc LaFage. — 2 years ago
