From Magnum. NV. Really nice. This went fast! — a month ago
Yeah it’s just so damn layered and delicious, big punch of acidity but that extroverted fruit and I assume decent dosage to round things out - makes it a pairing ace. It is so enjoyable even as it completely loses all bubbles and comes to room temp in the glass, which is the mark of a great 🍾 IMHO. Paired well with pan seared Barramundi and Caesar salad #schramsberg #blancdeblancs — 15 days ago
Amazing. Gripping acid that is leaving me wanting more, apple, very little brioche element to it. More on the fruity side — 15 days ago
Pale straw lemon color with frothy mousse and lively bead of bubbles, produced only in exceptional vintages, grapes from grand cru vineyards in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. A complex nose of fresh fruit with yeast, nutty notes and floral scents. On the palate flavors of peach, berry and citrus flavors, floral with biscuit tones. Great balance with acidity, delicate textures, long finish ending creamy with toasty smoky oak and chalky mineral character. Very Nice! Tasting Sample! — a month ago
The Selosse flagship that uses a solera style blend with vintages dating back to 1986. May 2016 disgorgement is just superb, explosively aromatic and infinitely layered with magical depth of Selossien flavors and such a singular texture that you just can’t forget. It wraps around the palate with incredible volume and concentration before giving way to a salty mineral laced finale with stunning length and persistence. — 2 months ago
