Yeah it’s just so damn layered and delicious, big punch of acidity but that extroverted fruit and I assume decent dosage to round things out - makes it a pairing ace. It is so enjoyable even as it completely loses all bubbles and comes to room temp in the glass, which is the mark of a great 🍾 IMHO. A classic but delicious nonetheless. Ripe golden apples, pear, baked pie crust, slight crème brûlée. Creamy, slight buttery. — 20 days ago
18-8, Disgorged in 2023. Holy shit, this is bloody amazing!!!! The nose is intensely elegant. Honey brioche, baked apples and spices. Bubbles are fine and sexy. On the palate, it's super - complex, layered and lengthy. And the fact it's only Disgorged last year...wow! My first Selosse. I now know why it's so hyped and I cannot disagree. Chapeau. — a month ago

One of our absolute favorites. Light and living and just effervescent with lemon curd and clean starfruit and just enough acid to keep the structure together. Incredibly delicate and a well done balancing act to get these flavors to exist with just enough yeast to reflect the lees. Absolutely delightful. — 17 days ago
