We poured some in our glass and went back to the other wines on the table. I could not believe the transformation that took place over 20 minutes.. The nose blossomed and the palate put on weight. A floral nose was joined by a palate of peach, minerals, and a hint of earth. A wine that was able to live because of its abundant acidity. . Once again I was forced to drink my words. — 10 days ago

@Doug Powers We never met and you know me well. However really was in this case, trying to help my friend reduce the number of potentially dead bottles. The funny thing is his three bottles came from me. At one time I bought that by the case because it was so good and reasonably priced ( and my girlfriend loved it).

I’ve always enjoyed this vintage from Roulot. 2015 Tillets is in a great stage now, complex and layered with butterscotch and white flower aromatics and a weighty palate with great concentration and persistence. Lovely wine. — 7 months ago

What was otherwise a tight, inexpressive and simple wine initially, blossomed into a gorgeous, elegant and satiny white burgundy after some time in the decanter. While still quite young, sufficient aeration has it in a great place, showcasing the site, vintage and winemaking in proper form with layers of white orchard fruit, citrus blossoms and lilies, a velvety and refined palate and a persistent stony mineral finish. Still, the best of this wine is in the future. — 10 months ago
