A portrait in elegance. Initially the nose is shy, but unfurls into a full range of lemon, from underripe to meyer lemon; yellow flowers, lilies etc, a slight amount of flint minerality, lemon custard, hint of fresh almond. On the palate reminiscent of a delicious lemon custard accented with a touch of vanilla, fresh acidity, great texture, good length. What a great wine. My first from Brisset and I must say I am impressed. @Lyle Fass — 8 months ago

Vintage 2004 | beautiful smell with flint, cedar, Scottish pipe tobacco and velvety taste. No need to keep this, for lovers of ripened wine, beautiful tertiary tones. Paired with horse fillet, polenta with porcini mushrooms, broccoli, bell pepper and yellow courgette. — 3 years ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2019 “Les Romains” pours a bright, pale yellow color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of bright, tropical and citrus, fruits: grapefruit, starfruit, lemon; a touch grassy with fresh herbs and a whole lot of flint. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose, the finish is long and a touch creamy. This bottle was absolutely bangin’! Drink now through 2029. — 6 months ago
Fantastic wine. On the nose an intense mixture of floral, stone fruit, raspberries, lemon oil, some flint - so much power. Concentration of a grand cru white burgundy. I would say hold for some time to let this develop further. Amazing wine in the making. Precise, powerful. — 4 years ago
Ripe pineapple, golden straw color, has some middle weight tannins but light on the finish. Green apple, pomelo pith, flint, mineral, tropical fruit. Great wine for a meal at the Arden Waikiki. — 2 months ago
Pop and pour. A majestic lite gold color. On the nose: crisp apples, lemon, almonds, floral, and honey. Taste: creamy, beautiful texture and nice acidity wine with apple, pear, lemon zest, saline, flint, and a minerally lime peel medium plus finish. YUM! Maturing gracefully and time to go. — 3 months ago

I haven’t had a lot of aged Chablis, but this is drinking remarkably well for being 13 years old. Austere; high acid but with some weight to it. Flint and lemon peel but I would wager this saw at least some oak as there is definitely a little butterscotch in the background both in the nose and palate. Drinks like a lighter more restrained Montrachet. — 9 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
A blend of Corvina Veronese 45%, Corvinone 45%, Rondinella 5% & Oseleta 5%, deep Ruby with aromas of dried dark fruits, spice and herb, about 120 days of appassimento. On the palate flavors of ripe cherry and raspberry with notes of fig, cacao, flint and mineral tones. Soft smooth tannins well balanced with acidity on a long spicy finish. Will continued to get better with age. Sustainable. — 20 days ago
