Nice but right out of the bottle I would say the flavors were light and the viscosity a bit thin. As it warmed the flavors really came out and they filled the mouth. — a year ago

Sake tasting. Yamaha rice selection. Really nice. To me it’s a medium weight on the palate, creamy, with a little bit of alcohol on the finish. I’m a fan of Born in general. 32% polish. 16% ABV. Fukui, Japan. — 6 months ago
