Natural wine on the nose first then very light brown sugar, warm goodness fills the mouth. Very late light tannin climbs from the bottom of the cheek to top and lingars at the top for a while. The second sip goes down much smoother but less body. Approachable wine. — a month ago

Tainted gold color. Strong floral, borderline pungent nose; little bit of desert rain in there. The palate is bone dry, medium alcohol, medium acidity, full bodied; carries lots of umami, white mushroom, unctuous, tannins, and a strong finish. Paired with salmon sashimi with olive oil and salicornia. Pairing was delightful, wine all on its own will develop your character. Cheers. — 4 months ago
