The nose brims with orchard and tropical fruit layered with honeysuckle and fresh herbs. On the palate, the acidity remains crisp and lively, yet there’s a gentle creaminess that rounds the edges with quiet sophistication.
At year 8, this 70/30 Petit Courbu/Petit Manseng blend remains a thoughtful meditation in the glass fitting to its name.

Vintage 2022 made from Geos Manseng that we know from sweet wines. Introverted smell that disappointed me a bit, because I had a vin de France from this region that was very expressive. Lovely taste though. Apple, mango, a bit chubby ( what I like ). Dry but a candied wrapping that gives away the grape when you taste really well. — 7 months ago
solid rendition of this charming Basque wine: not terribly expressive on the nose or palate - some citrus & salinity, minerals and river stones. a hint of effervescence, racy acidity, angular, this wine needs the proper food pairing of seafood and briny bits of goodness for it to shine. — a month ago

Gooseberry, grapefruit but also some stone fruit - assertive flavor makes an interesting flavor but challenging food pairing — a year ago
