Ok. Harsh and not worth it for the price to get again but interesting to try. Deep fruit and earthy. — 3 years ago
2009 from Amanda in 2010 wine club in PPC. Tad brown. Near black red. Jammy nose. Strong cassis, blueberry cedar. Red pepper but low tannin. Warm finish into chest and sinuses. High alcohol? Helas, not the body, structure or strength expected of Cabernet. Perhaps c’est age and altitude? — 5 years ago
Picked this up at Central Bottle for $15, along with a baguette and cheese. Drank it with Amanda. — 7 years ago
Unique whisky made from Atole, roasted blue corn meal. Smooth finish, slight nuttiness, best to be paired with delicious Texas BBQ, or California cuisine. (Or just fine on its own). Thanks @Amanda Thomas and @Tim Schroeder always a nice treat from TX — 7 years ago
Enjoyed this wine with my husband Robert, son and daughter in law, Nick and Amanda while enjoying dinner at Noto’s restaurant in GR! Great to see Guy too! — 8 years ago
Nice label if a bit derivative of the euro chateau thing. Color is nice. Smells a bit funky with fruit in the mix. Flavors are smoky, complex and well balanced. Bit of tannin and some body (fat feeling) on the tongue. Finish is berry and chocolate. Nice red from the base of Mt. Diablo. — 3 years ago

Thanks @Amanda + Dallas Bossort for sharing this - light and restrained, great acidity, nice red fruit, some earthiness, peak drinking now. — 8 years ago
Really good wine. Not to oaky and not a ton of tanens on the finish. One Amanda really likes as well — 9 years ago
Tree Kilpatrick
Dark color. Not quite India ink, but deep maroon. Smells like blueberry pudding and heavy cream. Hint of fresh chopped redwood bark. Flavors are dense with a classic petite Sirah inky-ness with blueberry syrup and purple plum compote. This is a big delicious red. Drink with red meats, grilled. Or hard, salty cheeses. — 3 years ago
