Lauer Riesling brings the heat as expected. Acidic and aromatic, would pair well with something spicy or even fried. — a month ago
Neat how with age this turns into a dill monster but young it’s fresh and tons of apple, pear, and maybe some saline — 3 months ago
Amazing aged Riesling - this bottle turned out better than the last. Stewed and bruised golden apples, still-kicking acid, almond/caramel type nuttiness. Held up well with time! — 13 days ago
Orange blossom and the slightest touch of residual sugar to balance out the razor sharp acidity (and balance out my spicy Thai food). This is a light wine but I can almost taste the slate soils and steep slopes.

vineyard work: All vineyard work is done by hand due to the incline of the vineyards. Absolutely no use of insecticides/pesticides or
fertilizers; the work is completely organic but not certified as such because Florian refuses to spray copper on the vines. — 4 months ago

The pairing with tuna crudo, with ponzu, shiso, and pear is amazing. — 2 months ago
2022. Had side-by-side with the similarly delicious Weiser-Künstler “Enkircher Steffensberg im Löwenbaum" Riesling Spatlese 2022. The Lauer has a tiny bit more complex flavor and a little more mouthwatering acidity. I would gladly enjoy either wine again over the next few decades! — 5 months ago

Absolutely delicious with a few more years on it. So pure and full, with excellent cut and body. A pleasure. — 7 days ago
