Acidity is the first thing that I notice in a Lauer wine. Always screaming pairs well with the peach, apricot and steely minerality. I remember this bottle having a hint of RS. — 2 months ago
Medium light straw . Wet slate and chalky on the nose , with white flowers , touch of gunpowder and a lychee note . On the plate more white fruits , white peach , touch of lychee and ripe apple, with a light smoky touch . Nicely rounded mouthfeel with balanced alcohol . Slightly saline finish , with good acidity . Ok length . Showing pretty young at the moment , this will be better in a couple of years and last well a further 5-8 — 2 months ago
Flinty gunsmoke, complimentary fruit, slightly sweet with great freshness and balance. — 6 months ago
