Dark ruby/purple color. Intense aromas of ripe black fruit, graphite and violets. Flavors of blackberry, black plum, coffee and dark chocolate. Long and plush finish with beautifully integrated tannins and well balanced acidity. Rich and creamy mouth coating texture. Fantastic structure both powerful and elegant at the same time. Cloudy, flowery, funky.
A blend of Scheurebe and 3 Muscat varieties, 4 months skin contact, fermented on the lees.
Exotic nose with lychee, flowers in bloom, a bit of mango & guava, with some nice funk and brilliant freshness.
Great energy on the palate, bone dry and with nice, chalky minerality under the juicy acidity, a touch of tannins, great purity & flow.

Nose: Subtle cherry and plum. Almost luxardo cherry.
Taste: soft tannins and acidity. Very easy to drink. Subtle black cherry, black licorice. As it opens, notes of coffee with a finish of granite pebbles. Incredibly delicate for a Cab Sauv, and not sure if it's because it's a Washington Cab or if we cellared it well. Either way, it's fantastic, and we're finishing the bottle in one sitting. — 5 years ago
3 hour decant(little cloudy sediment). A splendid dark magenta color. On the nose: Intense areomatic notes of dark cherry, ripe strawberry, vanilla, floral, sandalwood, nutmeg. Taste: smooth, velvety, mouthcoating wine with brambly dark cherry/blackberry, iron, smoke, spice, charcoal, and a brambly mocha lingering long finish. YUM! — 6 months ago
