Delicious with rotisserie chicken ($33) Aromatic, vibrant acidity but light, — 4 months ago
Leave open at least one hour before consuming. Not amazing but just nice. Perhaps not worth $45 but this is a straightforward no-frills Burgundy that hits the right notes. Nice balance of fruit and acidity. The fruit is marked but not overwhelming. The acidity is a little strong but not marring. A good buy from a value appellation. — 8 months ago
Close to perfect. Minerally and not too heavy. Wine & Eggs — a day ago
Delightful, well-balanced SB. Green apple, freshly mown grass, and the faintest green pepper. A bit of minerally zip like a light rain on gravel. — 3 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of dinner at Le Crypto. FWIW, this was a touch reductive upon opening and just needed about 30min in large burgundy glasses but after that, this was fresh and beautiful. The 2021 pours a ruby color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of strawberry, red rope licorice, cranberry, dried red flowers, sous bois, and a gentle mix of cool and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. After a sluggish start, this finished with a flourish. Drink now through 2036. — 5 days ago
