40 Year Old Tawny Porto

A true testament as to how time and patience can positively affect a wine. This is a combination of multiple generations of wine making and aging in well seasoned oak casks. Beautiful amber color with a greenish rim. Delicate aromas and flavors of dried fruits and raisins, figs, toffee, caramel, toasted nuts, orange zest and milk chocolate. Long and lingering finish which does not seem to quit. Multiple layers of complexity. Perfect balance of structure, acidity and sweetness. Elegant and powerful at the same time. Just an amazing wine. Sincere thanks to my dear friend Mark S. for this incredible gift! — 7 days ago

Reserve Porto Douro Valley Port Blend

This Port has very tall legs, is very thick, and is deep, dark red in color. The aroma is syrupy, almost suggesting maple notes. This sweet dessert wine tastes similarly to Brandy. The mouthfeel is warm, thick, and heavy. This is a very full bodied wine. The flavor notes suggest tart blackberry and sticky black cherry. I love sweet wines, but this one is very intense. — 9 months ago

Vintage Port Blend 1985

[8 hour decant] The spirit in this bottle seems non-integrated, which is the first 1985 Graham’s we’ve drunk where I recall this being the case, this is less sweet as well, so ultimately a good, but not great, bottle of 1985 Graham’s. We’ll see how future bottles of this wine show. — 9 days ago

40 Year Tawny Port Blend

“40-Years" indicates an average age – this Aged Tawny Port is a blend of older wines, which offer complexity and younger wines bringing fresh fruit flavors and vibrancy. Rich Golden Amber color with complex aromas of ripe fruit, honey and nutty notes. On the palate flavors of ripe berry fruit, figs and dried fruits with earthy nutty tones. Long finish, smooth and luxurious, well balanced ending with a rich character. Nice, drink now, Tasting Sample! — 3 years ago
