Early Nov night by the fire… Racy never disappoints! Although, I am disappointed they “rebranded” due to political leaning. — 8 months ago

What an odd bird. A new wave ? Garnacha vintner, with a very unfiltered, smoky & tarry bottle w little funk but somehow balanced despite its 15% abv. I could see some tasting this as a “ dirty” wine. I’m intrigued, which is not to say I liked it either. — 5 months ago

The deep nose shows ripe dark fruits, dark chocolate, cedar, dried tree bark, and tobacco. Profound mineral and savory notes on the palate that is dense and powerful yet with a soft dimension and balanced acidity.
This 100% Tempranillo from Navarra is very different than those from Rioja or Ribera del Duero. My first bottle with Vino de Pago designation, which is primary designed to promo great sites for less prestige DO’s such as Navarra and La Mancha. — 8 months ago
It's not everyday that I drink a 15 years old rosé. That is also in a good shape with potential to age for more years. Old school style, complex and interesting bouquet of caramel, marzipan, apricot, blood orange and fig with some cooked notes. In a blind tasting (sniffing?) I would assume that it has some relation to Madeira wine, but then you taste it and it's bone dry and not fortified. And the acidity is high. Overall, I love this wine and it was a cherry on a cake. — 3 years ago
