Wow! Incredible acidity, was like a apple jolly rancher. Sweet (it’s a German Riesling after all). Knockout!!!! Drank with Packer in Joshua Tree — 3 years ago
2021 JC Dash Farms Chardonnay here. Forward deep yellow straw. Toasted nuts, honey joy and yellow peach nose. Open, quite oxidatively handled, but with real energy and verve. Restrained fruit, but great flesh and drive with precise acidity laying the tracks. Delicious. Nice work Josh. 👍🏽🥂 — 6 months ago
Last night for Turkey Day dinner with my boy. We are still deer hunting. Joshua bagged a deer today. Special day. — a year ago
@Joshua Fisher how's this look, haha. Happy Halloween. — 2 years ago
This is gorgeous! Ticks so many Pinot Noir boxes on the nose and palate. Sexy primary cherry fruit, ethereal, complex, earthy notes and slightly stemmy structure. Nice work Josh! 👍🏽👍🏽🍷🍷👌🏽👌🏽 — 7 months ago
Ruby core with a garnet/brick rim. Intense aromas of black olives, burnt rubber, asphalt, violets and mint. Black olive tapenade for days on the palate with additional notes of balsamic vinegar, blueberry and tobacco. Loaded with VA. Pleasant oily (animal fat) texture. Extremely long finish. Medium in body but high in intensity! Only 12% ABV. Totally unique and delicious! Thank you so much for sharing, Kase! — 7 months ago
Beautiful floral notes, sweet and expressive German Riesling. Good acidity! Loved.

Sunday lunch with the annual boys trip away for the Rugby where the Wallabies had a win over Wales last weekend. Lunch at top notch Sydney restaurant Icebergs at Bondi Beach. I picked this one from the extensive Wine List from young gun Joshua Cooper who has some famous neighbours in the Macedon Ranges like Bindi and Curly Flat. This was more full bodied than I was expecting but got the thumbs up from all the Rugby fans who ordered a 2nd bottle. A generous Pinot showing ripe red fruits and plenty of whole bunch character. — 5 months ago
