Still a good amount of fruit and life left, though on the decline for sure. Surprisingly good, given not a noteworthy vintage. Mature flavors. Savory, herbaceous and earthy. Now Spring Mountain vineyards (Falcon Crest). One of a few “birth year wines” I’ve had and enjoyed. — 3 years ago

A powerful blend, fruit forward. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot in delicious balance. Raton affirmed 9/15/20 on Daou Mountain. — 5 years ago

I think it’s a leopard with falcon wings and the legs of a lion. Its the first mezcal I’ve enjoyed drinking neat - maybe because mixers cost $$$$ here in bora bora, bora bora. Either way, I say get it! Now only if it helped with sunburn... ⛑👺👹😡🤬 — 5 years ago
