A nice golden color with a tart aroma of apple-lemon and minerality. Flavors of minerals, chalk, smoke, and flint. It also has a slight salty taste. Quite nice. — 4 years ago

Nose: a gorgeous herbaceous ness. Fleeting cherry flowers.
Palate: fleeting cherries. Almost a cherry sorbet. So silky. Beautiful in an ephemeral way.
