Aged for 14 months in 50% new French oak, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with notes of smoke and fresh oven biscuits. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and pear, lime citrus with notes of smoke and cedar, well integrated, balanced acidity, long rich finish, ending with fruit and delicate yeasty notes. Very nice. One of Paul Lato's finest. Bien Nacido with a beautiful nose and stone fruits. Inky black out of the bottle. Loads of berries and plum. Classic finish with great length. This could easily keep for another 10. Touché on this one. — 10 months ago
