Great nose. seashells, chalk so expressive and smells concentrated. Palate is grippy and juicy with so much lime and silkiness. Long, sapid and pure. Incredible mineral depth. Classy mid palate silkiness. Behind cote de lechet and in front of veau de vey.

Nice robust cabernet with great fruit forward taste. I found it to be much better on day 2, so open early and let it breathe if drinking same day. — 2 months ago
Semi transparent Ruby red. Aromatics of dried rose petals and violets with Sous Bois. Profound flavour intensity with savoury red cherry. Burgundian overtones. The Langtons Classification adopted Main Ridge as a top Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir many years ago - almost the original. Oak is in balance and doesn’t intrude. A very good Pinot, and probably a point or two behind their premium Cuvée, The Half Acre. — 8 months ago
This was really interesting. Loved the aroma and the flavors continued to evolve over a few days. The nose was a bit earthy and funky. Soft attack, red and black fruits, gentle pepperiness on the finish. Good acidity. Didn’t go well with a red pasta sauce, but I’d easily drink this again. Thanks Jason! — 4 years ago
Medium Ruby color, purple hues, with aromas of ripe fruits, floral, herb and complex spice from a high elevation wine. On the palate flavors of raspberry, cherry and strawberry with pepper, tea, herbs, licorice and oak, soft tannins on well balanced structure. Full body, long finish, ending with spice, ripe fruit and warm floral tones. Very Nice! — 6 months ago
A more tannic textural expression of #pinotnoir from #newzealand long finish. Very fine. Very elegant. — 4 years ago
