A fun sparkling wine. Dry and mineral-forward. Some grapefruit and a tad salinity. Purchased from Clos. — 4 months ago

Me: Nice smell; not too aromatic or overwhelming. Light tart on the swish in the mouth. Has a soft linger on the swallow and lasts a few seconds. I forgot to say, the bottle is badass (2023)!
Wife doesn’t like the smell. Taste is ok. Wife says don’t get again. 😆
That said, we normally drink heavy cabs; especially me so others who like semi-sweets would probably say we’re crazy.
We also didn’t pair this with anything.
Also, first time I’ve ever had a wine from the country of Georgia. — 3 months ago

A robust red but unlike other examples tasted off-dry, round and fruity (grape, raspberry, treacle) but little/no oakiness, no noticeable tannins. Must be some acidity disappeared into the background. — 4 days ago
