2019 vintage. Underbrush and certain amount of weediness on the nose. Medium body. Full color. That Graves/Pessac-Léognan milk chocolate texture. Flush and full mouthfeel. Gliding finish. Unexpected balance of fruit and tannins in a pop and pour price range. More oomph (generally) than Malartic Lagravière but less than Chevalier. Drink now? Yes. Drink in 25 years? Probably not. Likely has a end game of 15 years with the sweet spot in the (shocker) 5-8 year range. Picked up at Costco and price was $32 USD. Affordable Graves/P-L not the easiest BDX to source. This was firing from the get go. 7.22.24. — 5 months ago

Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of blackberry, tar, forest floor and black licorice. Flavors of dark plum, blackberry, dark chocolate, baking spices and black cherry. Long velvety finish, balanced acidity and smooth tannins. Fruit forward and bombastic, but also nicely textured and somewhat savory. Excellent value. — 2 months ago
Medium ruby , medium wide rim . Quite sweet red currant , spicy tobacco notes , milk chocolate . Quite sweet spicy red fruits on the palate , touch of grafite and tobacco . Nice acidity , quite noticeable tannins still . Pretty good length . Enjoyable now but can still go further , and improve over the next few years , and probably last another 10 years . — 2 years ago
Full bodied. Fragrant. Filled with dark fruit, milk tea, mocha, potpourri, orange peel, tranberry. Build for a long life but enjoyable today with some air. — 2 years ago
An excellent, smooth wine with floral notes. A little less powerful than other vintages I have tried from Lynch-Bages. Cassis, blackberries, blueberries, milk chocolate, a hint of vanilla, and mushrooms. — 3 months ago

Pours burgundy with a hint of brown, smoky salami and sundried tomato on the nose, very savory palate. Unusual, but pretty tasty. — 22 days ago
