Fruit from multiple vineyard sites. Bright garnet color with ruby and purple highlights. Bountiful fruit forward aromas and flavors of raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, cranberry and kirsch with hints of dried herbs and black pepper. Plush and juicy with soft tannins, medium body and crisp acidity. Tangy and very “Beaujolais-like.” (Malolactic fermentation?) No sign of oak aging. Thanks for the tasting, Ron B! — 3 months ago
the welschriesling really stood out for me in a positive and crisp way — a year ago
If you are ever unconvinced that Slovakia doesn’t make good wine you need to try is wine from Stekov. Fred 8 Is light bodied wine but finds that balance between complex and easy drinking. I saw another reviewer said Brett on the nose and totally agree it’s a little bit barley wine co- fermented but still super ripe. Would be so good with cold charcuterie or grilled chicken. — 3 years ago

Fresh cherry and floral nose with a hint of vanilla. Light and refreshing on the palate with nice minerality. Would definitely drink again. — a year ago
