That lovely focused nose of blackberry pie.
Loads of boysenberry, Blackberry, precise fruit, very balanced and spicy with eucalyptus, a faint memory of clove, subtle, yet noticed tannins with this citrus acidity.
Has that lovely juiciness of Zin without the cloying fruit. — 2 years ago
Cved 10/22/20 with 1998 vintage. Deep yellow color but no sign of oxidation. ‘98 deeper yellow and hints of oxidation. Both drank well. Age has muted the wood and creaminess that must have been present in early years. Good with butter lemon chicken. 8.8 for the ’98. Better and more balanced than the Neyers NAPA which was sampled afterwards. Opened '97 12-6-20. Stood up well to mix of leftover dishes from chicken wings to chicken pot pie and golden beets. — 4 years ago
14.5% ABV Dark purple color. Served chilled, just like Bruce Neyers prefers. Medium tannin. First time trying this wine. Good value. — 12 hours ago

Good! Mid weight red with some sweetness up front and a mellow, short end. Good for the price. — 6 days ago
