Delicious! Notice the score here v.s. the en primeur price of around 30€ at the time. And compare that to the grand vin of the same vintage that we also had on the table. A thick and juicy wine - easy to get into - hefty, with black cherry, dark berry blend, pinch of anise, pepper. Cherry skin tannins, with a zesty acidic overture.
