Summer obsession. Floral with mineral and spice notes. With food or without - lovely. — 6 years ago
Etna Rosso is quickly becoming my new obsession. Tart cranberry and cherry is balanced by dried savory herbs, compost, and puckering acidity. — 8 years ago
So good to be drinking this bottle again… the 2014 vintage was what started my obsession with French Bordeaux’s year ago. Glad to report this is still a fantastic bottle! Fruity and well balanced. Tannic and fruity. I just love this wine and will continue buying it, for the price it’s a great R bank Bordeaux. #nostalgia #bordeaux — a year ago
In a word, delicious. Lots of floral and fruit notes. A little sweet but also has a nice tartness that balances. A great white! — 6 years ago
Smooth and delicious. Very pleased with this wine. — 7 years ago
Yum. Barolo is great. I really have an obsession with Italian wines. $15 Trader Joe's. — 8 years ago
2018 vintage. Umm...yeah..about this wine...showstopping and seductive. Both big and supple. Deluxe plushy. Tannins relegated to future considerations. Supposedly 90% Grenache and difficult to fathom given both the intensity of dark color and the softness in said dark color. Wouldn't trot this out for someone's first big CDP as representative of the appellation but as a finisher in a lineup of 10+ CDP's? Absolutely. This is one of those wines that leads to an (unhealthy) obsession. Burn after reading and you never saw this. — 3 years ago
This is the SB that started my obsession with Sauvignon blanc. I remember picking it off a half priced wine list and drinking it with chicken wings- I didn't know wine could be so refreshing or fun. Years later, it is still just as good. Passionfruit, pineapple, grass, and cat urine nose. Notes of bell pepper, peach, lime, guava, and herbs. Medium body. LOVE. — 6 years ago
Stepping away from my bold cab obsession for some pinot with pork roast tonight. Strawberries & raspberries come to mind, a little spicy. — 7 years ago

So I started my wine collecting thing (obsession) around 8-9 years ago. This was among the first wines I bought and they have been sitting in my cellar since. I opened a bottle of this a couple of years ago and today the second one. The first bottle was obviously good quality then, but the wine was still too young: nervous and steely (chablis!). I find it beautiful to see that the first bottles are now coming around into their drinking window.
So this has fleshed out considerably and just entering it's drinking window. A rich creamy texture surrounded by lime, yellow flowers and oyster shell. Enough acidity to support the whole thing. Balanced. — 13 hours ago
