Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2021 Pagani Ranch pours a deep ruby color with a near opaque core; medium+ viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and tart black and red fruits: mixed bramble fruit, black cherry, black pepper, red flowers, tobacco, warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. Yum. — 15 days ago
Dark in color. Super fruity on the nose. Blackberry and plumb notes. Peppery, leathery, earthy finish. — a month ago
No sediment, so I popped and poured. Explosive nose has super-deep, pure spicy blackberry Zin fruit. Purity of fruit is a hallmark (in my experience) of Ridge’s Dusi Ranch cuvée. There’s also a bit of clove from the American oak, but it’s pretty subtle. Great intensity of flavor in the mouth, with a soft, enveloping texture. It’s big, at 14.8%, but it’s balanced. And keeping things under 15 in Paso is challenging. Terrific wine. Yummo. — 2 months ago
Turley remains my number one and two favorite wine. An absolute masterpiece out of Napa Valley. Pairs well with red meat and spiced vegetables. — 22 days ago
Very complex lots of flavors on the tounge — 2 months ago
Oops... Opened this in error, thinking it was $18.99. it isn't. 2018 absolutely delicious Rosē. Was perfect with Toblerone. — 2 months ago

1 hour decant(some fine/cloudy sediment). A striking still dark magenta color with a little bricking. On the nose: Captivating savory notes of stewed dark fruit, mushroom, worn leather, charcoal, stewed meat, and touch of cinnamon. Taste: powerful, bold, structured wine with dark plum, dark chocolate, green bell pepper, earth, and a dusty, baking spice-cedar long finish with maybe a touch of heat and just slightly grippy tannins YUM! Drinking well with time to go. — 20 hours ago
