Nice, light, smokey....and I read the word 'spicy' from a previous commenter. Great word to use! May I add...try Otis Reddings greatest hits on vinyl while sipping. — 5 years ago
This and the biondi Otis were the best wines we had in Sicily. Pinot noir style, but with the Etna terroir. — 7 years ago
Label has a fake char to the edge. High alcohol at 14.4%. Dark and dense in the cup. Can’t see through it. Smells like dried banana, latex paint, cinnamon and other fall spices, and ripe red plums. Flavors are very dry with mocha, black pepper, herbs, licorice, and smoke. Fleshy, full, complex. It’s big with heavy tannic extraction. This is a bombastic and hefty Cab. — 3 years ago
Very nice Cab. 2014 vintage. Give it time to open. — 6 years ago
Early picked. Lean and mean. Phelonic interest with med-long finish. #wbc18 — 6 years ago
My favorite white. Honeydew and peaches, a little honey. Very refreshing. — 3 years ago
Good for both of us! Had for Ryan’s birthday — 4 years ago
Very nice and so much better than most organic wines — 6 years ago
Tom Casagrande
This looks to be the regular Walla Walla Merlot, not the Reserve @Delectable Wine .
Nose is plummy and a little weedy, with a bit of clove coming through. Full in the mouth, with primary fruit starting to ratchet back in favor of secondary flavors. Bit of alcohol coming through in the finish. — 10 months ago
