Really enjoyed this wine. Can but smoothed out. — 3 years ago
Established in 1997 by the partners of Far Niente. Medium lemon color with aromas of tropical and stone fruit with citrus and toasty oak notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and peach, lemon zest, vanilla oak and wet stone notes. Nice balance with tangy acidity on long finish ending with fruit, oak and rich minerality. Classic, very nice! — 5 months ago
Had this at Beauty And Essex. Josh loved it. — a year ago
Vintage 2004 | Fits well in winter, says my wife. I gave her this Madiran without telling its origin and asked to describe it. Amazing how good partners of winelovers often taste. Rich smell, cedar. Forrest in autumn. Tastes well now but can be kept in the cellar. Comforting wine, says my Love. Personally I admire its stubborness. Paired with charcuterie. — 3 years ago
