Mama mía! Bella vino! Rich, complex, well-suited for pasta, and when you quaff the Cinque, you’ll know why it’s rumored to be served in Heaven. — 8 years ago
What a wine! Semi dried ripe cherries in nose. Balanced and mild tanins. Line, plums, dark cherries and a pinch of sour dark bread on plateau. Palette rich, medium rounded and developed nicely within breathing.
Comparing to vintages 2021 and 2022 much less sweet and fruity. Feels like more matured than it is.
Great itself and paired to smoked meat. — 2 years ago
Nice round mouth feel and tatse. Fruity but not everly sweet. Nice and sweet with a pleasent and stable after taste. Would be great on its own even. Nice hints of berry. Very pleasant wine. — 3 years ago
Delicious orange, not as sweet as my other faves — 5 years ago
Got an A- from James Suckling. I hope we have a similar grading curve. Color is lovely. Like blood in the veins. Smells nice. Rosewater, cherry juice and fresh cut firewood. Flavors are luscious and juicy with just a hint of smoke and oak. Classic Rioja. Balanced and deluscious. I’d agree James. 90 or even 91% for this pupil. — 6 years ago
Unlike any other white I’ve tasted. Felt almost like it had fruity/floral bitters in it. Had a wonderful bright flavor without being too sweet or too harsh. — 7 years ago
Bitter, flower, herbaceous, some minerality. Slightly macerated. Bubbly. — a year ago

Should be captured as subregion under La Spezie - Cinque Terre Sciacchetra — 2 years ago
An earthy, savory, complex Lambrusco! I highly recommend it for those on the fence about Lambrusco — it’s a natural wine with some cherry flavors but it is not too fizzy or fruity. — 2 years ago
