Querceto Di Castellina

Querceto di Castellina

L'Aura Chianti Classico Sangiovese Blend 2022

I found this to be a solid Chianti… a classic Classico.

Tart or maybe sour apple / cherry. Firm tannins. A touch of salt.

At worst, a touch unremarkable. But overall, enjoyable. Interesting lower scores from the gallery.

Makes me question myself…. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Chianti Sangiovese Blend

Acidic notes on the nose, but smoother than expected. Still get some tartness typically seen in chiantis — 3 months ago
