At La Dolce Vita in Little Italy, Cleveland. Initial taste of raspberry cherry dustiness. Softens as it opens up - changes a lot !- to a mild tannic middle. Delicate finish. Goes from very fruity to delicate tannins when it opens up in the glass. — 4 months ago
