2019 was somewhat nutty and fresh vanilla and baked apple fruit? A good pairing with lighter fare, farm fresh artichoke shavings with fennel then rockfish with roasted sun chokes and blood oranges. Nice finish but not long. Lovely. — 2 years ago

Love it. This chard pleases me because it almost completely lacks the typical chard "butter toffee" note. Balanced sharp mineral acidity and smooth fruit. Had it with grilled rockfish and buttered ciabatta. — 4 years ago
