Pale ruby in color; candied cherries, dried herbs, and raspberries on the nose; medium minus acidity; medium minus tannins; tastes like hibiscus, cloves, and dried leaves with a long finish. Nellie, Leo, and Bri don't like it. I like it. — 9 months ago
Tasted blind, presented by Sue Bell. I picked Riesling, Australian and missed Porongurups WA. A brilliant Riesling made by Rob Diletti at Castle Rock WA. Lovely aromatics of Musk and Bath Talc. At 5 years the acid had settled and the citrus was going towards stone fruit. Really enjoyed this. — 4 years ago
Good. Earthy old world vibes. Measured. Pair with steak. — 2 months ago
Big nose but not big body. Very tasty but not worth the 100+ price. Really nice but not good value. 80/20 Syrah/ mouvedre. — 4 months ago

Full bodied wine with cherry & cassis. Spicy finish! Delish! — 3 years ago
This stuff is dangerous. Smooth, light on the tongue, but not simple. A light gold color, some kind of melon note and vanilla flavors. Great at this price; points for cost/benefit ratio. At Cory's in the freezing cold. — 4 years ago

Just opened up another 2021 (have a few left in the collection after tasting this in SA). On the nose stone fruit, with a hint of flint. Taste: amazing texture and length, freshness, minerality and some wet wool, lanolin and hints of anise. I’d say perfect time to drink the 2021!
Pairing: Grilled octopus and saffron risotto — a month ago
