So rad! Developing really nicely and has not lost the sense of vitality these wines have in youth. Black brambly fruit, smoked herbs, rocks, exotic spices, sweet cloves, fur. Walks the line of soif and contemplation very well. — 5 years ago

Je t’Aime Mais j’Ai Soif Beaujolais Gamay

Lovely Gamay. Needed an hour for the funk to blow off before the classic Beaujolais experience begins. Really funky. Juicy. Jammy. Surprisingly good structure for the fruit to hang onto. Earthy. Good! 13% ABV. No idea what vintage….doesn’t say 😲 — 3 years ago

AM I EVER GOING TO BUY NIGHTSTANDS? No. But as I pretend to be an adult, I’ll be sipping this wine talking about the kind of nightstands I like (spoiler alert - solid wood). — 3 years ago

Super delicious, enjoyed this one being that my fiancé and I are big southern Rhône style wine lovers as well as other classical French wine enjoyers. — 4 years ago

Les Escures Cahors Malbec 2019

Aerate at least an hour, if you are not used to natural wines. Beautiful dark dress. Rich Malbec nose: plum-like black fruits, fatty animal notes of leather, floral and herbaceous touches. Palate: fresh and juicy, supple with volume. The first sips suggest a short wine; but finely chopped tannins unfold and well with a return to fresh fruit. A very fine thirst-quenching wine, both accessible and deceptively simple.
