Really loved this Barossa Shiraz! Reminds me of my early days of exploring the great Aussie Shiraz scene — 5 months ago
The surprisingly elegant 2020 Shotfire Quartage is a red blend that delivers ample layers of black cherry and dried herbs with graphite and spice touches. Good composure is on show in a fleshy mid-weight style, providing a rich blackberry flavor core with chewy tannins to finish. $25.00 (Angus Hughson, Vinous, December 2023) — a year ago
The older, the better. A blackcurrant, pepper & vanilla. High acidity, maybe too high for me, but it's ok. — 5 months ago

Full bodied, soft on the palate, black berries and black current with hints of spice and chocolate. A new favorite! — 6 months ago
Best Merlot I’ve had… slightly sweet but so smooth and good. — a year ago

Pale ruby color- very translucent. Had to give this one a 30 min. decanting. Muted red fruit flavors, black olive, floral notes and earthy. The 10 years has given this some interesting flavors of cranberry, cherry, baking spices and a red fruit finish. — 2 months ago
