Deep maroon color. High concentration. Herbal and floral nose. Beautiful red fruits. Low tannins. Medium finish with mineral. Would absolutely buy this again — 5 months ago
Aged for 15 months in French oak, deep Ruby with aromas of dark fruit and floral spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and ripe cherry fruit with cedar, vanilla and black pepper spice. Firm full tannins, medium length ending with fruit and spice. — 2 years ago
Beautiful aromas but sadly they faded quite quickly after opening. — 23 days ago

This is a blend of Pinot Auxerrois, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. You know as soon as you taste it, it’s not the three traditional grapes associated with champagne or sparkling.
Lemon, lime pulp w/ zest sprinkled in, some beeswax, green apple, tropical melons with some honey dew rind, pineapple juice, cream that is slightly whipped, sea spray, some sea fossil notes-oyster, understated white & chalk, volcanics, limestone, bread dough notes, yellow lilies, spring flowers, round acidity with a decent finish that is highly polished & leans more into fruit as it sets. — 8 days ago
