The 2020 is drinking lovely. Aroma of licorice, dark fruit , slate, grapefruit on palate firm tanins , enjoyable but will age well. — 8 months ago
Taken to Via Carota in the West Village. Decanted for 8 hours in the hotel room. Deep tawny color. Opaque. Amazing nose that screams old Nebbiolo. Notes of sweet red and black cherries, red rose petals, anise, old wooden desk, black soil and a hint of tar. Super rich in the mouth. Coats the palate. One of the best Barolos I’ve ever had. At peak yet still youthful. This can easily go for another 20 years. Bravo. — 2 years ago
Plum, cherry, fungi, mild spice note, slight tannins. Better than I expected. — 7 months ago

The perfect accompaniment to an archived broadcast of the Oakland Athletics last game at the Coliseum. Come home, Reggie Jackson; all is forgiven. — 5 days ago
