2022 vintage of this reserve Chardonnay. Notes of vanilla, pineapple and lemon. Smooth and easy on the palate. Delicious with pork tenderloin dinner! — a month ago
This is the third bottle each two years apart and this opened very nicely after about an hour or so
I’ve increasingly liked this wine although given it the same rating
It’s well structured aromatic and just an all round good expression of well made Central Otago Pinot
Probably open the next three each with a year or less further age — 3 months ago
Smooth drinking Grenache from Paso — 22 days ago
Pop and pour. A splendid ruby red color. On the nose: jumping from the glass is candied cherries, earth, clove, smokey oak, floral, cola. Taste: smooth, creamy wine with just a slight dark cherry, tea, fig, dried herbs, minerals, and a spiced earthy medium finish. Fan of Boars View pinots, but there are better vintages. — 2 months ago
Complex flavors of chamomile, melon, white stone fruits with skin contact structure, dry and crisp — 3 months ago
