Beautiful nose of black currants, black cherries, cooked plums, sweet raspberries, tobacco, light cedar, licorice, chocolates, light alcohol, mediterranean spices, earth, black pepper and herbs.

Full-bodied with medium plus acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, currants, plums, cooked cherries, light cedar, earth, herbs, chocolates, peppercorn, tobacco leaf, mediterranean spices and dark coffee.

Long finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a delicious Cabernet Franc based Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley. Fruit forward and rich. Complex with a nice mouthfeel, tangy and entertaining.

Feels like a Napa Merlot, and a little hot at the back of the throat.

Needed 4 hours of airtime to open up, so be patient.

I've had a few vintages of this wine, and it is definitely better with age.

This 10 year old Single Vineyard is drinking very well now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.

Showing good structure, and good by itself or with food.

A blend of 66% Cabernet Franc, 26% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Sangiovese and 1% Petit Verdot.

Medium ruby garnet, quite thin garnet terracotta rim . Quite rich , with ripe red fruits , some tobacco , warm spiciness , cigar box , ripe cassis , sous bois , after a while touch of coffee. On the palate this also shows good roundness with ripe red and dark fruits, cassis , red plum , grafite , touch of earthiness . Balanced acidity and rounded sweet tannin . Quite juicy with a grafite edged finish . Pretty good length. This is at peak now . For now and over the next 5 -8 years. Pretty deep , almost opaque , thin rim . Quite wild , dried herbs , touch of rounded red fruits . More fruit on the palate , quite ripe red fruits , quite soft but fine , nice balanced acidity . Entirely Merlot based, this beautiful new wine was aged in 50% new French oak for sixteen months before bottling. Ripe blackberry aromatic tones mingle with shades of dark chocolate shavings and tar that all come together in the glass. The palate shows a wonderful sense of mouthfeel and weight, with great acidity that runs through the core of dark fruits, dark chocolate shavings and creosote flavors. Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and cranberries.

This young Cabernet Sauvignon from Atlas Peak in Napa Valley is already drinking beautifully. Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Elegant and rich. Fruit forward and complex.

Still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, but already enjoyable even by itself.

Needed 2 hours to open up properly, so be patient. Well worth the wait. Loved the nose once it opened up.

Tangy and interesting to drink by itself or with food. Paired nicely with my Ox tail.

A tiny production of only 6 barrels.
