Dassai 45. Had it after the Dassai Beyond. Still delicious but not at the same level. The Beyond is clear and translucent. The 45 has a yellow tint which I never noticed but is visible when comparing. Magnum. — 2 months ago

Dassai Beyond - It’s beyond good. This is the level above 23. Brought over from Japan by a friend a colleague and it’s the reason I skipped a number of the wines opened. 10/2023 16% alcohol, think it’s polished to 20% but that’s a guess. — 2 months ago
