A Thursday afternoon definitely does not need to be pretentious. This gem was $8.50. #lindemans is obviously a high quality producer at all price points. This one does not miss. What a #moscato should be. Perfect for hot weather or #kindergarten teacher hen parties. Very pale yellow in the glass. Citrus and melon on the nose. Intense pear and sweet red apple on the palate with heaps on honey. Slightly syrupy. Long lasting finish. Only 8% alc. the sweetness keeps things from getting out of hand before the alcohol gets things messy. — 8 years ago
Wow. Very into this. It might be time to admit to myself that I do in fact like #Moscato!
Perfectly sweet... Bright! Cheery and light ☀️ This would be great poolside or in lieu of a cocktail (and by cocktail I mean an Aperol Spritz, my go-to summer drink...). 🍹🍸 — 6 years ago

Tonight's nostalgic wine is a muscat. When teachers mingle after hours 5 out of 6 will bring #moscato It's actually tough to find one that hasn't made an appearance at one of our teacher parties. Moscato and pita chips = teacher party!
This Chardonnay blended example is darker yellow. Nose of poached apple and pear. Pineapple and warm butter. Soft and supple on the palate. Slight sweetness flavours of butter and vanilla. Some spice. Lingering smooth vanilla finish. 13% alc. We are left craving pita chips. Perhaps the elementary school teachers are on to something. #whitegirlwasted — 9 years ago
Vintage 2017 - curiosity from #grechetto and #moscato #piemonte Awesome! — 7 years ago
I have never had a "passito" before, and the chance to try something unique is fun. This Sicilian wine from 2001 is now a dark, deep brown with accents of amber to gold and showing a lot of age. The strong aroma is of raisins with a faint bouquet of spicy, sweet orange. It tastes syrupy and like raisins with spicy orange accents, and the oily sugar and spice feeling persists very long on my palate. This may be too old to taste like apricots anymore but is nice as a chilled aperitif. Maybe it is just too old overall, but whatever -- it is fun and unique and I would serve it on a sunny late-afternoon. #passito #sicily #2001 #zibbido #moscato #passerillage #strawwine #muscatdalexandrie — 8 years ago

I was surprised to learn that Italians don’t drink #moscato as an aperitif (which I love) but rather always as dessert. This Bara is the best and the producing father and son are the nicest people too. #moscatodasti #asti #piemonte — 4 years ago
