Good idea of recorking it and letting it sit for a day. I don't think I would have done that. Next time this happens to me, I'll try it. Cheers

Yes @"Odedi". When I tasted it, it was giving up very little. I remember thinking that it was going to take all night to fix it, so I just said screw this and left it in a cool place for the day. I have some other Italian and Aussie wines where the need 24hrs, so I didn't flinch.

Happy to help. If you do go to one of Master Somm classes, they taste between 9-15 wines. Not sure where you live, but they hit NY, LA, SF frequently and several other cites in the middle. I think you'd enjoy tasting with a Master Somm...it'll be a new perspective that much is sure.
