Full-bodied with medium acidity and long legs.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries
This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Saint Helena in Napa Valley. Rich yet restrained, elegant and entertaining. Fruit forward and complex with a soft mouthfeel.
This Single Vineyard Cabernet is drinking beautifully already, although still extremely young and needs years in the bottle to mature properly. Will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years, and showing good potential to become a 94+ point wine.
A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged for 19 months in (70% new) French Oak barrels. A small production of only 3,048 bottles.

Good by itself or with food, and a good party wine.
Lagrein grapes were aged for 20 months in oak barrels. A tiny production of only 600 bottles.

This is a very tasty Grenache from Arroyo Grande Valley in California. Fruit forward, soft and elegant. Nicely balanced with nice complexity.
Feels like a California Pinot Noir with a twist. Spicy and entertaining.
I had this vintage 3 years ago, and it is drinking better now. Drinking at its peak now.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes of airtime.
Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. I gave it a light chill and paired it with aged cheeses. A good porch wine too.

Elegant, complex and nicely balanced. Will continue to age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years.

This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Israel. Fruit forward and nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Showing great complexity at this point.
This 7 year old is drinking beautifully now. Drinking at its peak, and will continue to do so in the next couple of years.
I had this vintage 2 years ago and decided to give it a few years in the bottle to mature properly. What a great choice, as it is drinking so much better now.
Needed 20 minutes in the glass to open up properly. Elegant, and good by itself as a sipping wine.

This is a delicious 5 year old Merlot from Oakville in Napa Valley. Rich, robust and fruit forward. Elegantly powerful.
Already showing a beautiful nose, and feels like a Napa Merlot with a touch of Saint Emilion.
This Single Vineyard Merlot is one of the last vintages made by
Heidi Barrett. Still young, but very approachable even by itself.
Needs 5 years in the bottle to mature properly, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years. Has good potential to become a 94 point wine

This iconic 2005 vintage is drinking very nicely now, and drinking at its peak. Will continue to drink nicely in the next 10 years. Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel.
I had this vintage 2 years ago, and it is drinking much better now, and very approachable right out of the bottle.

This is a delicious Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma County. Elegant and fruit forward. Soft and smooth with a nice mouthfeel. Spicy and entertaining. Feels like a Napa Cabernet.
Rich and easy drinking right out of the bottle, and nicely balanced with nice complexity. The high alcohol is not very noticeable.
Very engaging and approachable, although still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years and see how it evolves.
Much fruitier on the nose than on the palate, where more earth notes show up as it opens up.
