Full bodied and elegant with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with apples, citrus, light earth, oak, lemons, bitter herbs and spices.

Nice length on the finish with limes and almonds.

This 4 year old Chardonnay from California is still drinking very nicely. Elegant and rich with nice complexity.

I had this vintage a year ago, and it is drinking better now.

Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself as a sipping wine.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cherries, light cedar, earth, herbs, chocolates, peppercorn, tobacco leaf, light green vegetables and light black tea.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This young Cabernet Franc from Napa Valley is starting to drink beautifully now. Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel. Nicely balanced, soft and elegant.

Needs 2 hours in the decanter to open up properly.

Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food, like Lamb dishes.

A blend of 87% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot and 4% Merlot. Aged for 30 months in mostly French oak barrels (40% new), with some American oak. A tiny production of only 1,200 bottles.

Fruity nose with raspberries, fresh cherries, currants, earth, light wood, spices and light chocolate notes.

Medium in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with cherries, raspberries, strawberries, spices, light oak, chocolates, peppercorn, earth and light bitter herbs.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a very tasty Grenache from Arroyo Grande Valley in California. Fruit forward, soft and elegant. Nicely balanced with nice complexity.

Feels like a California Pinot Noir with a twist. Spicy and entertaining.

I had this vintage 3 years ago, and it is drinking better now. Drinking at its peak now.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes of airtime.

Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. I gave it a light chill and paired it with aged cheeses. A good porch wine too.

This 21 year old 4th growth Bordeaux is drinking beautifully now. Still showing enough fruits to balance the earth notes. Rich, elegant and very complex and engaging.

This iconic 2005 vintage is drinking very nicely now, and drinking at its peak. Will continue to drink nicely in the next 10 years. Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel.

I had this vintage 2 years ago, and it is drinking much better now, and very approachable right out of the bottle.

This is a delicious 5 year old Merlot from Oakville in Napa Valley. Rich, robust and fruit forward. Elegantly powerful.

Already showing a beautiful nose, and feels like a Napa Merlot with a touch of Saint Emilion.

This Single Vineyard Merlot is one of the last vintages made by
Heidi Barrett. Still young, but very approachable even by itself.

Needs 5 years in the bottle to mature properly, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years. Has good potential to become a 94 point wine

Needed a couple of hours in the decanter to open up properly, so be patient.

A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with food.

A blend of 99% Merlot with
1% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 18 months in (50% new) French oak barrels. A small production of
603 cases.

Nice length on the finish with limes.

This is a very tasty and refreshing Riesling from Germany. Fruit forward and complex. Nicely balanced with enough acidity to balance the fruits.

Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years and see how it evolves.

Easy drinking and good by itself or with food.

This is a delicious Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma County. Elegant and fruit forward. Soft and smooth with a nice mouthfeel. Spicy and entertaining. Feels like a Napa Cabernet.

Rich and easy drinking right out of the bottle, and nicely balanced with nice complexity. The high alcohol is not very noticeable.

Very engaging and approachable, although still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years and see how it evolves.

Much fruitier on the nose than on the palate, where more earth notes show up as it opens up.

A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with food.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged in (60% new) French Oak barrels for 18 months.

This Single Vineyard Cabernet is drinking beautifully already, although still extremely young and needs years in the bottle to mature properly. Will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years, and showing good potential to become a 94+ point wine.

A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged for 19 months in (70% new) French Oak barrels. A small production of only 3,048 bottles.
