Strong fruity nose, and medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate and very elegant.

Showing blue and black fruits with wood, tobacco leaf, herbs, peppercorn, earth, spices, chocolates and light black tea.

Long finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.

This 8 year old Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley is drinking beautifully now, although feels a little tight and young. Elegant and rich, but not extracted.

Fruit forward with good structure. Complex and interesting, spicy and entertaining.

Needs a few hours to open up properly, so be patient.

A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

A blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc and 10% Merlot. Aged in (80% new) French Oak barrels for 22 months.

This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Saint Helena in Napa Valley. Elegant and nicely balanced, complex and entertaining. A good quality Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.

Still young, and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years. Has good potential to become a 94+ point wine.

Good right out of the bottle and better after 2 hours of airtime.

A great sipping wine, that will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged in (80% new) French oak barrels for 30 months. A small production of only 1,800 bottles.

This 9 year old Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley is still drinking very nicely. Rich and fruit forward. Elegant and nicely balanced, with a nice mouthfeel.

Ready to drink right out of the bottle, tangy and spicy. Peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next few years.

Easy drinking and good by itself as a sipping wine. A good party wine too.

Rich and fruit forward, elegant and smooth. Complex and interesting, spicy and entertaining.

A great sipping wine that also paired nicely with my steak.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged in (60% new) French oak barrels for 23 months. A tiny production of only 1,500 bottles.

Showing nice complexity with a soft mouthfeel. Nicely balanced and elegant.

Still young, and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.

I had this vintage a year ago at the winery, and it was drinking so much better then.

Good by itself and better with food.

A blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre. Aged in (20% new) large French oak barrels.

This is a delicious Merlot from Oakville in Napa valley. Nicely balanced and complex, soft and elegant.

Still young, but already enjoyable even by itself. Will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years. Showing good potential to become a 94+ point wine.

Alcohol is nicely integrated already, smooth and engaging.

I had the 2021 vintage not too long ago, and it is very consistent.

Good by itself as a sipping wine, and will also pair nicely with food.

A blend of 90% Merlot with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in (50% new) French Oak barrels.

This 6 year old Merlot will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. Paired very nicely with dried meats and crackers.

Kosher and not Mevushal.

This Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 7 years.

Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime. Another great wine from the hands of Philippe Melka.

Good by itself, and will pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged in all new French Oak barrels for 20 months.

This 32 year old Pauillac is still drinking beautifully, but a bit past its prime. Rich and elegant. Very complex and spicy.

This Second Growth Bordeaux needed 5 hours to open up properly, and was not that special right out of the bottle.

Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel, and still showing enough fruits to balance the earth notes.
