This is a very tasty white blend from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Complex and interesting with a buttery mouthfeel. Elegant and rich.
Drinking very nicely now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

A blend of equal parts of Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Roussanne and Clairette. A small production of less than 5,000 bottles.

I've had a few vintages of this wine and it is very consistent.
100% Pinot Noir grapes were aged in (35% new) French Oak barrels for 10 months.

Dry on the palate with cherries, plums, light oak, spices, chocolates and licorice.
Tangy finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.
This Mourvedre from Bandol is still very young, and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Spicy and chocolatey.
A little hot at the back of the throat at the moment, but that should go away with more bottle time.
Would be nice to revisit it in 10 years and see how it evolves.

This young Cabernet Franc from Arizona needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, but already drinking nicely now, even by itself. A good quality wine.
Fruit forward with lots of green vegetables and earth notes. Feels like a fruity old world Cabernet Franc.
Already showing nice complexity, and would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.
I had the 2020 vintage and it is very consistent.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 3 hours of airtime.
Good by itself, and will also pair nicely with lamb dishes.

This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Fruit forward and somewhat subdued. Feels like a Left Bank Bordeaux.
This Single Vineyard Cabernet will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

This is a nice Merlot based blend from Bordeaux. Still showing enough fruits, but lacking the complexity and balance I expected from this 13 year old.
Still enjoyable by itself and better with food. Paired very nicely with the leg of lamb.

Nicely balanced, and easy drinking right out of the bottle. The alcohol is nicely integrated by now.
This 14 year old is still tasting very fresh on the palate. Nicely aged, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
Interesting, and good by itself or with food.
