This 6-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is drinking very nicely now. Elegant and smooth.
Fruit forward with earth notes that compliment the fruits. Feels very much like a Left Bank Bordeaux, with a touch of New World.
Powerful, yet elegant. Nicely balanced with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.
A nice sipping wine, and good with food too.

This young Chardonnay from Napa Valley is drinking beautifully right out of the bottle. Elegant, rich and tasty. Nicely balanced and fruit forward.
Juicy and entertaining, with light oak notes to compliment the fruits. Spicy and refreshing. Complex and engaging, and better when not too cold.
I had a few vintages of this wine, and it always delivers. This vintage seems to be much more approachable young. Will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.
Good by itself or with food. I paired it with a beautiful day by the pool.
100% Chardonnay grapes were aged in (50% new) French Oak barrels for 10 months.

This 20 year old Merlot from Napa Valley is still drinking nicely, but past its peak. Elegant and interesting.
This is a nice surprise, as I didn't see it drinking so nicely at this age.
Needs an hour to open up in the bottle.
Good by itself, and better with food at this point. I paired it with light appetizers.

This 14 year old Vintage Champagne is showing nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Feels young, especially on the nose. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years, and see how it evolves.
A blend of equivalent portions of 6 grapes including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc. Disgorged in February 2022.

This is a very unique Napa Cabernet. Still very young, but showing so much elegance and richness, which is very unique at this stage. Well balanced, smooth complex. Easy drinking and spicy.
Good right out of the bottle, but so much better after 2 hours in the decanter.
I've had a few older vintages of this wine, which I loved, and this is not what I expected at this young age. Really enjoyed it.
A good quality wine that will continue to age nicely in the next 15 to 20 years.
A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

Strong nose and a little stinky, with black fruits, barnyard, tobacco leaf, herbs, vegetables, light oak, dark chocolates and coffee.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with black currants, black plums, cherries,light oak, coffee, tobacco leaf, light vegetables, spices, herbs, earth, dark chocolates and peppercorn.
Medium plus on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a very tasty Tempranillo from Arlanza, Spain. Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Elegant and fruit forward. Tangy and interesting.
Still young, but already showing nice complexity. Feels like a Northern Rhône Syrah, especially on the nose. Interesting stuff.
Needs 3 hours in the decanter to open up, and even better the next day.
This Single Vineyard Tempranillo will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
A good food wine. Spicy and entertaining.
A blend of Tempranillo grapes with a touch of Albillo Mayor, and Malvasia. Aged in large French oak barrels for 11 months. A tiny production of only 350 bottles.
