2018 vintage. Medium heavy body. This is asleep at the switch. Really nice but needs to be shoved into action. Dunno how long it will be in a coma. Maybe another 2-3 years? It's gotta wake up at some point given the quality and pedigree. It's just gotta. Hello?! The ultimate sleeper agent. Moreso than Laurence Harvey in the og The Manchurian Candidate. — 3 months ago

Tasting nice at year 10. Last bottle. — 3 months ago
Great showing at year 15. Still quite rich and powerful but shows nice integrations. Blackcurrant, cassis, green olive, leather, autumn leaves, cocoa, and nutmeg on the deep complex nose. Full body and silky smooth. Soft mellow tannins lead to long candied finish. — 10 months ago
Really well bodied and balanced merlot. Would rec. — 5 years ago
Bought from LastBottle.com in November 2024. Here’s a #napavalleyred blend that has aged gracefully. Not ideal tasting conditions but a delightful cuvée where the new oak has completely integrated, still firm acidity and a good deal of primary fruit still there with no stewed fruit notes that suggest poor storage. Long supple tannins towards the finish. Opened the bottle in celebration of our 17th wedding anniversary. — 4 months ago
Graphite, sweet oak, cherry, current, fresh strawberry. A very light delicate Cab, very enjoyable. — 4 months ago
Majuscule Wine Conn Valley Cabernet Franc 2021, Napa Valley, California
It is time for my #FridayCabernetfix. Here is a very tasty Cabernet Franc.
Very pretty color of dark ruby with a wide reddish rim.
Fruity nose with black plums, black cherries, blackberries, light cedar, licorice, vanilla, herbs, tobacco, dark chocolates, black tea and peppercorn
Full-bodied and elegant with medium acidity.
Dry and fruity on the palate with black currants, plums, sweet cherries, spices, light vegetables, herbs, tobacco leaf, earth, dark chocolates and peppercorn.
Spicy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a delicious Cabernet Franc from Napa valley. Rich and elegant, tangy and interesting.
Well balanced with nice complexity already. Still very young and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
Good right out of the bottle and gets more complex as it opens up. Some red fruits show up after 90 minutes in the decanter. After 4 hours, more bell pepper notes show up.
A great sipping wine, with lots of chocolate notes. Soft and smooth.
A blend of 98% Cabernet Franc and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 20 months in (60% new) French Oak barrels. A tiny production of only 600 bottles made.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.

This drank very well and I enjoyed it much more than my previous bottle. An aged California claret of nicely balanced fruit & dirt. For my taste, it's near or at peak so enjoy now. From magnum. — a month ago
