Tasted over Christmas 2024. My first time trying Pol Roger, and a really great experience – this was a tick above many of the Grandes Marques and I found it to be quite refined. I suspect the dosage is fairly high, since it was so very drinkable, but no complaints from me! — 13 days ago
Lush black fruit aromas, a full rich body with black fruits, light vanilla and new oak, and silky buy present tannins. Merry Christmas!! — a month ago
Exquisite. Deep dark fruit followed by mushroom, earth, and leather. Nose is earth and tar. One of the best GSM blends I have consumed. — 9 days ago
smooth and silky as a baby’s butt! gets better after an hour of decanting. — 3 hours ago

Lovely nose of ripe pear, honey, cake frosting. Pretty easy to sip - round, toasty, decent acidity, slight pleasant bitterness, fresh enough but age showing nicely. — 2 months ago

Not quite as good as past ones. This feels slightly more thin, more restrained, with both less acid and less dark fruit and olive than in past vintages. With some more air comes alive a bit more. Would give more time or perhaps just time to drink up and accept it. — 12 days ago
