An approachable Italian red blend. — 2 months ago
Very surprising
A grape variety that normally gives fruit and fun style wines
Never pretentious or overwhelming
In this case we may lack a bit of fruit, but we have a wet stone salty tingling mineral that is unheard of for a passerina and that is very rare altogether
It lingers too
Aperitif or with raw seafood i would say
I am guessing the bottle ageing has worked well for this wine..probably first time for me with a passerina 4yo — 8 months ago

Mmm tasty, still only £12ish — a year ago
Red Sox are finishing up a disappointing season, but this wine is definitely not disappointing. Nose is deeply fruity, with intense and pure red fruit and the barest whiff of gravel. In the mouth it’s fruity, pure, deep, dry, and balanced. If Le Marche made Beaujolais, this would be its Morgon. Fantastic value in a weekday dinner wine. — 2 years ago
